Systems Support Engineer

We're seeking a self-motivated Systems Support Engineer to join our DTLA team. In this role, you'll proactively and continuously monitor all network infrastructure, applications, and services. You'll ensure quick and effective response to an outage per Operations policies, processes and procedure. Our Systems Support Engineers provide timely responses to NOC and Help Desk tickets to include accurate and detailed incident tickets and postmortem analysis, contributing to software deploys, equipment installations and routine maintenance.

You'll also perform a variety of complex professional and technical duties related to the installation and maintenance of AXS Infrastructure. Our Systems Support Engineers are responsible for managing and executing all activities relating to all information technology. This is a highly visible role that provides the highest level of support to clients and end users.
